loved the location - away from the craziness of times square, short walk to the subway, great selection of restaurants nearby. staff were super helpful and friendly. would definitely recommend staying here.

The junior suite was perfect for our family with separate sleeping and living areas. The staff was incredibly helpful. Location near the river was wonderful. Hotel had comfortable beds and a great shower. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Felt totally relaxed, nothing to complain about.

As longer term business travelers, we really appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms and the comfortable beds. The Conrad suite provided us with plenty of space to work and relax. The hotel's modern and clean design, along with the beautiful lobby, made for a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The location was also a major plus, with the World Trade Center and Battery Park nearby, providing easy access to attractions and transportation options. the facilities and amenities provided by the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Felt just like home, couldn't find anything to complain about.

Hotel itself was contemporary! For dinner we chose battery place market, that was 600 feet from the venue.

Great hotel in a quiet area, close to World Trade Center where you can find perfect shopping options. Spacious rooms, basic amenities, and friendly staff. Great view of the Hudson included.

Most staff were POLITE, incredible rooms. Local fast food option pick a bagel was 10 minutes walk away. Only a 15-minute walk from one world observatory, which was good for us. We loved the view of the river.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's just a short distance from Times Square, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. The bathrooms are clean and offer all the necessary amenities. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with the receptionists and wait staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant is delicious, and the views from the Hudson River-facing rooms are breathtaking.

The only downside is that the doorman forgot to load all the suitcases in the car when guests checked out, causing a potential inconvenience for those who didn't double-check before leaving for the airport.

Beautiful view of the Hudson River. Room wasn't huge but with all the comfort. Nice staff. Situated well with cafes in the area.

Free water and wi-fi were great. The hotel was in a good location, easy to get to the city center, and had great views. Loved the gym and the rooftop pool was amazing!

The hotel was too expensive and didn't have any good deals. The staff was unfriendly and the room was quite dirty. We found mold in our shower and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Slow room service and poor communication made our stay frustrating. we would not return.

Excellent 5* hotel, huge room, rain shower, large and soft bed, top staff, treats and large breakfast buffet.

A little more healthy selection at breakfast wouldn't have hurt. Bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages of top quality, but just hearty... Fruit salad was a melon salad. Apart from that everything's fine!

The location was great, the furnishing of the room was great.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making our experience wonderful. The room was well-appointed with a fantastic view of the Hudson River and the New York skyline. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and there was plenty of wardrobe space. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. We also loved the hotel facilities, such as the rooftop bar, and the fact that there were many food and beverage options close by. The location was perfect, right in front of the Irish Hunger Memorial and next to the World Trade Center. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms and heavenly beds. The location was quiet and well-connected to the rest of the city. The staff at Conrad were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast could use a little more variety to avoid getting repetitive during longer stays.
